內容簡介In order to describe the variations of the corrosion rate of blast furnace main trough from the view point of the furnace productivity, the mass transfer model is proposed. In the model, the variations of productivity were taken into account as slag flow speed variations. The calculated results showed good agreement with the observed data. Thus, the accuracy of the alterations of trough repair project corresponding to the changes of furnace production plan becomes better by utilizing the corrosion rate predicted by the model.
