內容簡介The present paper has described the preparation of powders with controlled morphology by hydrothermal processes. There are many reports concerning morphology control techniques that have been omitted in this paper. Particularly, a large number of works for nano-wires, nano-rods, nano-belts and nano-tubes have been reported. The preparation method of these nano materials by hydrothermal process can be found in the published literatures. The author believes that research reports on nano materials with controlled morphology will be published in increasing number in the near future. Hydrothermal processes can be applied not only to powder preparation of various functional materials such as thin films and single crystals. The author expects a new stage of research and development for hydrothermal process.
