內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介The international standardization of refractories is conducted by ISO (International Organization for Standardization)/TC33 (Refractories Committee). China is one of the P-member (Participating member) countries from Asia. There are four countries from Asia; Japan, China, Korea and India, and 9 countries from CEN (Europe Committee for Standardization). A total of 17 countries are P-members. Authorities on standards establishment such as appointment of experts who review and vote for the standard draft has been given to P-member countries. It was necessary for Japan to establish a cooperative relation with neighborhood country China. This permitted the discussion on six international standard drafts of chemical analysis methods based on JIS proposed from Japan to smoothly proceed. Accordingly, we visited China for a short term in June, 2004 to inspect the actual state of refractory standardization carrying out the "International Standard Optimization Investigation" by appointment of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
