內容簡介This report presents the details of the improvement on the manufacturing facility and technology from the viewpoint of energy conservation and so called green manufacturing (keep the environment clean). Great results have been realized as for energy conservation. And total oil consumption has decreased due to decline in production of burned bricks. Loads to environment have been decreased remarkably by reducing of oil consumption, de-sulfuration or replacement to LPG from oil and disposal of exhaust gas. It is necessary to promote energy conservation and green manufacturing as "The Cycle" including design, construction and dismantling of the furnace at present.
