內(nèi)容簡介Materials that can be used in rotary cement kilns for disposal of industrial wastes and also for disposal in the future of refuse incineration residue and fly ash were studied. In these cases, the kiln atmosphere becomes oxidizing because fossil fuel is the energy source. In addition, superior thermal spalling resistance is demanded for the intermittent operation condition. At present, the data is limited. Although the possible use of Al_2O_3-Cr_2O_3 system materials in rotary cement kilns appears promising, a conclusion on their use is expected in future through the collection of additional data.
