內容簡介Recently, the requirement for the surface quality of rolled steel sheets, especially for deep drawing qualities and extra deep drawing qualities, has been strict.Most inclusions consist of deoxidation products and powder slags, and reduction of the inclusions is very important to producting the ultra fine steel.In this report, we aimed to explain the behavior of iron particles during casting, and investigated the relation between iron particles and powder inclusions in the mold by a water model test. In this water model test, the inclusions by dropped particles were observed. Iron particles will produce powder inclusions in the molten steel in the mold.
